Wrist Dope Brand Kit

Musket Holdings LLC, doing business as Wrist Dope, owns the Wrist Dope name, the scope-and-W mark, the WRIST DOPE wordmark (trademark application pending with the USPTO), and every file in this kit.

What you may do

If you have a partner code, you have a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free licence to use these assets, unmodified, to refer to Wrist Dope products in your content, listings, and co-marketing about Wrist Dope.

What you may not do

Alter, recolour, redraw, or animate the mark or wordmark. Combine them with your own name or mark. Suggest that Wrist Dope endorses you, your products, or your content beyond the partnership we actually have. Put them on merchandise for sale without our written approval. Register a domain, handle, or business name containing "Wrist Dope". Use them in anything unlawful, unsafe, or disparaging.

Ending it

We may revoke this licence at any time, for any reason, by notice to you or by deactivating your code. Stop new use within 10 days of notice. Content already published may stay up unless we ask you to remove it.

The rest

This licence grants no other rights in any Musket Holdings or Wrist Dope trademark. Entering a partner code is your acceptance. If you have signed a collaboration agreement with us, that agreement controls where the two differ. Idaho law applies. Questions: support@wristdope.com.
